I'm Leon Kooijman, a driven professional, 31 years old. Together with my wife Tessa and our playful tiger Coco, I enjoy life in Utrecht.

My career began at bol.com, where I spent seven years developing skills in project management and delivering strong presentations. I applied both skills daily, for instance, in my last project at bol.com, where I organized an event for the 500 most important suppliers.

In my current role as a consultant at Digital Power, I continue to apply these skills every day. Currently, I lead a team of data experts. In addition to managing projects, I've delivered various training sessions on project management and effective presentations at both bol.com and Digital Power. I often see people struggling with these topics, and it energizes me to help them improve with practical tools, in a way that suits them.

I absolutely love giving training sessions, and I no longer wanted to limit this knowledge to just my direct colleagues. This past spring, during a sleepless vacation night (yes, this passion kept me up all night) in Uganda, I realized that this is what I want to do for myself. Now, a few months later, I’ve taken the leap and founded Lead Training. I'm eager to get started and offer training on project management and effective presentations.
